Has your mobile data or picture messaging mysteriously stopped working? Odds are, your phone has recently had an update. Not to worry, there’s just a few settings you need to check.

iPhone Users

Follow the instructions above and save the image to reference anytime your data is giving you trouble!


Android Users

The way you navigate to your phone’s APN settings can vary depending on which type of phone you’re using. If you need help navigating to the right spot, call our experts at 907-424-2300.

Note that once you’ve accessed your phone’s APN settings, delete all other APNs that may have auto populated after the update then follow directions above.
